“CERMAKROME”
The most popular coating of its kind on the market today. Its combination of ceramic and aluminum are applied, then baked on, and machined polished to a very Attractive, hard, durable finish with many benefits:

“Other Available Colors”
This family of heat cured ceramic reinforced coating (available in several colors) are some of the most effective thermal barrier coatings available, increasing performance, while extending component life. The insulating fillers used in this coating keeps heat inside the header and out of the engine compartment where lower temperatures permit more dense fuel / air charges to reach combustion chambers. Unlike header wraps, these coatings do not hold potentially damaging heat around the part. Rather, the surface temperatures are actually reduced, extending the life of the part.
- Rated for temperatures from 1200 to 2000 DEG. F. depending on color.

Ultra High Temp “Turbine Coat”
This heat cured ceramic reinforced coating is the most effective thermal barrier coating available, increasing performance, while extending component life. Tested to over 2000 deg. F, the insulating fillers used in this coating keeps heat inside the header and out of the engine compartment where lower temperatures permit more dense fuel / air charges to reach combustion chambers. Unlike header wraps, this coating does not hold potentially damaging heat around the part. Rather, the surface temperatures are actually reduced, extending the life of the part.

“Internal Exhaust Coating”
For protecting chrome pipes or for those wishing to impart the maximum thermal barrier properties, and obtain a smother interior surface for enhanced exhaust flow.
A ceramic based coating used as an internal lining to achieve maximum insulating properties between exhaust gases and the metal surface. The greatest benefit is realized at the area where the exhaust hits the first bend in the pipe, however a complete lining will result in maximum benefit. Great for exhaust ports. Pipes must be new to be guaranteed.

Internal ceramic filled barrier coating
“Insulkote”
This optional undercoat was designed to increase the temperature rating of any of our exhaust coatings. Insulkote series high temperature ceramic thermal barrier underlayment was designed to provide superior thermal barrier protection for use on exhaust systems. Along with this, Insulkote also provides increased heat transfer reduction, and works as shielding when applied as a base coat under high temperature coatings.
Formulated to reduce heat transfer, Insulkote offers long-term protection against metal fatigue, corrosion, and deterioration. Insulkote increases performance and horsepower by increasing heat scavenging during exhaust cycle.
